Is the apartment price higher if I buy through you?
No. The apartment price stays the same whether you go to the developer on your own or with us. The developer pays us for a successful transaction, out of the commission already built into their sales model.
Why can't I see prices next to the developers?
Prices on the primary market change from week to week, and the availability of a specific size and floor even faster. We'll confirm the current price, and whether your chosen apartment is still available, for you personally with the developer, for the specific size, floor and completion date.
Do you represent the developer's interest or mine?
Yours. We are tied to no single developer, so we conduct negotiations to make the terms work in your favour. With every purchase, one advisor guides you, from the first conversation to signing the deed at the notary.
